RehabCare - helping organisational development

RehabCare is one of Ireland's leading organisations in the rehabilitative care sector. It operates a wide variety of responsive health and social care programmes which reach into communities all over Ireland. The organisation needed cover for two heads of function - Finance and Human Resources - to run over a period of 6 months, and with a particular focus on integrating new additions to the organisation.

Jacob Fruitfield Food Group - Post-merger integration

Jacob Fruitfield is one of Ireland's leading FMCG organisations. The Group needed a person at HR Director level to help integrate a new aquisition, particularly the human resources and industrial relations dimensions. This involved 3-4 days per week in support of the Group HR Director.

Headway Ireland – stalled recruitment

Headway is Ireland’s leading organisation working with victims of acquired brain injury and their families. Watershed supplied an interim CEO to Headway while they ran the recruitment process after their CEO moved to a new organisation. In addition to the normal range of ongoing CEO responsibilities, a change process started under the former CEO also had to be managed.

 

Nestlé Ireland – temporary cover

Nestlé Ireland needed a senior Distribution Manager to fill a temporary gap in its supply chain organisation. Watershed's interim was in put in place quickly, and provided focussed cover, compatible with the existing set of relationships, and acknowledged by the client as delivering real return on investment.

C&C Ireland – interim project management

Watershed provided an interim Technical Director for C&C Ireland. A major part of the interim's brief was to commence an integration process for a major manufacturing facility, while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Irish Medicines Board – Change Programme Management

The Irish Medicines Board needed to find a senior Programme Manager to cover the role temporarily. This was done at time of significant change in IMB, and the interim manager was a central player in the change process, helping to co-ordinate activities across several departments.
