Cost and Terms

Interim management

Our interim manager rates are charged out on a daily rate basis. Rates vary from approximately €750 to €1200 per day plus VAT.  (or appropriate UK rates). If any expenses arise, these are agreed with the client and passed through at cost. There are no other costs.

We invoice monthly in arrears, and of course you only pay for the days worked in the month.
We can give a clear estimate of costs once we speak with you and understand your precise requirements. We can also advise you of our standard terms and conditions.

How does the cost compare to permanent staffing?

Interim staffing carries a small financial premium compared to permanent staffing costs – but this is more than outweighed by the flexibility to take time when you need it, and to terminate easily – quite apart from the other benefits of bringing in fresh experience to your organisation.

Interim becoming permanent

We can also offer a hybrid solution, where you engage a person as an interim, and after a period this becomes permanent – this is a very effective and low risk way of recruiting into key positions.
