How does the process work?

  • On receipt of a client enquiry, we will meet you so we can fully understand your requirements and the organisational context in which the interim will be working.
  • Unlike other interim providers, we have already met, and often know, the people on our register. If we have a good match, we can usually revert to you within three days, ideally with two or three candidates. If we do not feel we have a suitable person, we will tell you, rather than "shoe horn" someone into the wrong role
  • Once you have selected your first choice, we meet you with the candidate
  • When you have made your selection, we carry out updated background and reference checks. For the UK and Ireland these are carried our on our behalf by Kroll (www.krollworldwide.com) and Checkback International (www.checkbackinternational.com) respectively - two highly regarded screening organisations.
  • Contracts are then signed, and the assignment commences
Following commencement, we speak with our clients regularly to ensure that the assignment is delivering your expectations. We also keep in contact with our interims to ensure everything runs smoothly. At the end of the assignment we carry out a structured review process with you.
